The house has 2 bathrooms. One of them is equipped with a bath, washbasin, WC, washing machine and is located on the ground floor.

 

The spacious veranda will enchant you with a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the valley descending towards it.

 

It is very pleasant to spend time here at breakfast, admiring the magical view.

 

A nice staircase leads to the first floor from the living room. All three bedrooms are on the second floor. Two of them offer 2 single beds, the third - a double bed.

 

For the convenience of guests, on this floor, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC  is equipped.

 

A long balcony surrounds the house around the perimeter and boasts a magical view of the Ionian Sea, Ainos mountain and picturesque landscapes.

 

The charming beach of Spartia - Klimatsias - is two kilometers from the villa. The road from the sea to Spartia goes uphill, so a car is needed. The automobile will also give you the opportunity to visit neighboring beaches, which will surely captivate you with its unique beauty: Thermanti, Pessada, Agios Thomas, Makris Gialos, Lourdas and others.

 

The nearest tavern, mini-market are within walking distance in the center of Spartia.

 

By the sea you will find a restaurant and a tavern famous for seafood dishes.
