This cozy family-run mini-hotel is located in the pretty village of Spartia in the south-west of the Ionian island of Kefalonia, one of the most beautiful islands in Greece.

 

The two-storey house in which the apartments are located has been recently renovated inside and outside.

 

On the ground floor, there are 3 apartments, each with 1 loft-style bedroom.

 

 

There is another 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor – the bedroom and living room in this apartment are on the same level. The balcony offers a wonderful view.

 

You will surely appreciate the stylish design in pastel colors offered by this mini hotel.

 

The cute living room has a kitchen area where you will find all the necessary cooking utensils.

 

In the sitting area, it is pleasant to relax on the couch, enjoying an interesting conversation or a fascinating movie.

 

The dining area is furnished with a dining table with comfortable chairs.

 

 All apartments are spacious, have an area of ​​ 45 square meters and can comfortably accommodate 3-4 people. Each apartment offers a nice balcony or patio.

 

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, WC.

 

Spacious parking near the house will easily accommodate the cars of all guests.

 

In the center of Spartia, which is only a few hundred meters away (about 400), you will find a mini-market, a bar and the popular Cavo Liakas tavern: we are sure you will spend many evenings here, enjoying excellently prepared Greek cuisine, savoring a tart wine or aromatic coffee.

 

The picturesque Spartia beach is 2 km away. The road from the sea goes uphill, therefore, in our opinion, it is necessary to have a car. If you need help with renting a car, please contact us - we will be happy to organize everything.

 

Spartia Beach (Klimatsias) is a charming lagoon framed by a picturesque coastline. Here you will find gentle soft sand, and various cliffs and rocks: the sea near the coast is shallow with a smooth transition to depth, which will surely be appreciated by families with small children. Cliff-diving and snorkeling enthusiasts will be attracted by rocky ledges and underground islets and grottoes.

 

On the way to the beach, there is another charming tavern – Isalos - serving dishes made from the freshest seafood!

 

Do not forget to visit two more pretty beaches in Spartia: Thermanti and Ema at Cape Liacas. Thermanti is distinguished by incredible transparency of the water, and Cape Liacas with its unique surreal landscape.

 

Within a short drive you will find beautiful lagoons and beaches that we recommend to visit: the secluded lagoon in Pessada, Agios Tomas beach, Lourdas, Avitos, Lassi.
