It is a three-story villa. The modern living room on the upper ground floor is very spacious and open plan. Here you will find a flat screen TV, home cinema, leather sofas and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a perfectly  equipped bathroom with a washing machine. French doors lead out to the terrace and pool.

 

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with en-suite bathrooms. The bedroom balconies offer sea and mountain views.

 

On the lower ground floor there is a twin bedroom/studio which has its own sitting area and is ideal for older children or a couple that travel together wth you.

 

The well-maintened outdoor area offers a private 9 x 4 meter salt water swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas as well as a large green terrace and barbecue area.

 

The pool is cleaned 3 times a week.

 

In Sami you will find various taverns, restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries to suit every taste.

 

Gorgeous Antisamos beach is 6 km away from the villa.

 

The impressive underground Lake Melissani is located less than 3 km from the villa.

 

The picturesque Drogarati cave located on the road to the village of Chaliotata in 2,7 km. 

 

Sami is also famous for the fact that in 2001 the film Captain Corelli`s Mandolin, starring Nicolas Cage and Penelope Cruz, was filmed here.
