The cozy 4 bedroom villa is located above the Ionian Sea and boasts breathtaking views: guests will be delighted to admire the amazing panorama of the sea below, the graceful coastline of Kefalonia, neighboring island of Zakynthos.

 

The villa is designed for 8 people and offers an excellent layout. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with a seating area, fireplace, kitchen area, two exits to the veranda.

 

A covered veranda runs along the front of the house. For the convenience of guests, there is comfortable furniture, armchairs, a table: the owners are sure that guests will be happy to spend time on this beautiful veranda, dining and admiring the magical view.

 

There are also 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. An extra bed can be arranged for the 8th guest.

 

At the entrance to the house there is a bathroom with WC and washbasin. The second bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, WC, sink.

 

The kitchen area is equipped with a stove, oven, full-size fridge and all the necessary utensils.

A spiral staircase leads to the second floor of the villa.

 

Here you will find 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a nice balcony.

 

The pool will pamper you with wonderful coolness on a sultry day. It is pleasant to spend time on the surrounding green lawn, sunbathing and enjoying the view of the sea.

 

On a path that winds along the side of the mountain, you can go down to the sea. The entrance to the water here is not ideal, but if desired, it is quite suitable to swim in the warm, transparent waters of the Ionian Sea.

 

The Pessada beach is just 5 minutes away by car, the lovely beaches of Spartia are 10 minutes by car. You will also find an excellent fish tavern Isalos in Spartia.
