Olive house is a brand new, fully equipped 1 bedroom house 200 m from Vatsa Beach. This lovely home is well equipped and will give you a feeling of privacy, tranquility and seclusion! If you are looking for a cozy home away from home in a quiet environment, you have found it!

 

This compact villa can accommodate up to 4 guests. For two people there is a perfect double bed in the bedroom, two other guests can comfortably sleep on the sofa in the living room.

 

The house is 50 square meters. It includes a living room with a well-equipped kitchen zone, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Outside you will find a lovely patio.

  

The house is located on spacious, well-kept grounds with olive trees, lawn, flowering bushes and other greenery. There is also a playground for your little one.

 

The owners will treat you daily to freshly baked bread, fruits and vegetables from their garden, and eggs from their chickens. If you wish, the hostess will prepare dishes for you according to ancient Greek recipes.

 

You will be unobtrusively surrounded by care without violating your privacy.

 

Vatsi Beach will delight you with golden sand. The town of Lixouri with many taverns, restaurants and shops is just a 10-minute drive away.

 

On the Paiki Peninsula, where the house is located, you will find many picturesque beaches: Xi with red sand, and blue clay cliffs, Kounopetra beach, the chic famous Petani and others.

 

The capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli, can be reached by land, but it is easier and faster to cross by ferry from Lixouri.
