Situated in the quiet village of Agonas, the villa is only 9 km from the most famous beach of Kefalonia - Myrtos Beach.

 

The villa offers 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with kitchenette, dining room with well equipped kitchen area, charming veranda and elegant swimming pool. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.

 

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has two single beds. On the same level there is a living room with a kitchenette. The living room has two sofas, which can become additional beds if necessary.

A convenient ramp with minimal incline (adapted to the needs of people using wheelchairs) leads from the entrance of the territory to the pool level by the entrance to the villa. Inside the villa, spacious openings are also focused on the comfort of all guests, including people with disabilities.

 

You can reach the first floor by a nice staircase or by elevator.

 

The dining area located here will charm you with beautiful views of the Ionian Sea. Here guests can dine comfortably at a spacious dining table inside or outside the house, where there is also appropriate comfortable furniture, a BBQ and a flowering garden.

For the convenience of guests, there is another bathroom on this floor.

 

Access to the pool is on the ground floor. It`s a pleasant place to spend time swimming in the refreshing water or basking in the sun on the sun loungers.

 

Upon arrival, you will receive a lovely gift from the owners of the villa - traditional local products: eggs, cheese, jam, freshly picked fruits and vegetables.

Only 28 kilometers separate the villa from the grand Antisamos beach, which we highly recommend you visit. The delightful Petani Beach is 20 km from the villa. It is 30 km to Fiskardo, the northern tip of the island: here you will find cozy, charismatic taverns, streets, shops of the old village and incredibly beautiful beaches with crystal clear water.
