Villa with 2 bedrooms, pivate swimming pool in Trapezaki

A few years ago, instead of this new stylish villa, there was a small house, which belonged to a local resident, who liked fishing and solitude. As a simple one-storey structure, it fully met the needs of the fishermen.

 

In 2014-15, the house was completely rebuilt and transformed into a modern comfortable villa located on a hillside cliff overlooking the beach of Trapezaki.

 

The spacious area is quite convenient for kids, where they can have fun on the playground, as well as adults, who enjoy using a well-trimmed grass lawn as a wonderful place of rest and relaxation.

 

A brand new pool is slightly longer and narrower than generally accepted to provide guests with an opportunity to enjoy morning swims in the open air. The location of the pool allows to admire a magnificent panorama of the Ionian Sea.

 

Comfortable lounge chairs, umbrellas, showers, and cozy original garden furniture completes this lovely ensemble.

 

The interior of the villa cleverly combines elements of traditional design with modern ones creating a relaxing atmosphere for guests. An elegant living room with wooden floor is quite spacious: here, guests will find not only a well-equipped kitchen and dining area but a place to have fun watching SmartTV.The living room leads to a lovely terrace in front of the house. At the rear of the villa, there is a master bedroom with a double bed, excellent bathroom with a shower, second bedroom with twin beds, and well-equipped bathroom with a shower.
