Description
The villa is built at the foot of the majestic Mount Ainos in the territory of 200 square metres.
The main entrance to the house leads into a spacious living room, where there is a dining area and open kitchen. The hosts took care of modern furnishing of the kitchen and its equipment. Here, guests can sit comfortably on a sofa or chair to relax or warm up by the fireplace in winter evenings. For those, who being on vacation, have to do some business, there is a small work table.
The main bedroom is furnished with a King size bed with an anatomic mattress. A luxury bathroom is equipped with a shower. Wide glass doors of the bedroom allow you to enjoy the magnificent scenery inviting to the patio and cool swimming pool.
The second bedroom offers two single beds with comfortable mattresses.
The bathroom is not only quite spacious, but well adapted for people with limited mobility.
Designed in soft colours, the ceiling is made of brown wood giving the interior the charm of a country house.
The undoubted advantage of the villa is a cozy covered terrace, where it is convenient to sit down with a cup of coffee or dine while admiring a splendid panorama of the Ionian Sea.
A stationary grill will delight barbecue fans.
The site is surrounded by a stone wall that is high enough to ensure privacy, but not a hindrance to admire the wonderful panorama.
On a hot day, guests of the villa will be pleased to take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool with clear water. The pool is 4.5 m wide and 7m long. The depth varies from 1 to 1,7 m allowing to use it not only for adults but also for children.
A well maintained garden with flowering plants and neat green lawn completes this idyllic picture, which you can enjoy every day during your stay at the villa.
