In September, in Kefalonia the number of daily registered positive test results for coronavirus COVID-19  has not yet exceeded 14 accoring to the information that we were able to find in the local press.
 
In August, Kefalonia recorded between 0 and approximately 17 positive test results for the coronavirus COVID-19 daily.
 
At the end of August, 2021, about 60% of the inhabitants of the island of Kefalonia were fully vaccinated.

In July 2021, the island of Kefalonia registers about 0 - 5 positive test results for the coronavirus COVID-19 daily.
 
Just over 50% of the islanders are fully vaccinated and the vaccination process continues.
 
At the moment taverns and restaurants are open, service takes place outside the premises.
When entering nightclubs, either a vaccination certificate or a medical document confirming previous Covid-19 infection, issued no earlier than thirty (30) days after a positive test result, or a negative Rapid test result obtained within 48 hours, has to be presented.
