Two of the villas are two-storey cozy houses of 80 m² each, designed for 4-6 people. On the ground floor, there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom with a bathtub. Guests will enjoy their time on the spacious veranda comfortably sitting in a chair at an elegant table. On the first floor, there is another bedroom, bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with fabulous views.

 

The one-storey villa of 50 m² is designed for 2-3 people. Here, you will find one bedroom, living room, bathroom with a bath, kitchen, and veranda with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea.

 

The fourth villa has 2 floors with a total area of 70 m². Modern design and stylish furniture brings its own charm providing guests with a pleasant ambience. Able to comfortably accommodate 4-5 people, this villa 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and veranda overlooking the Ionian Sea and the pool.

 

Decorated in a classic style, the fifth villa occupies two floors of 90 m². The house is furnished with handmade furniture adding elegance and comfort. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in one of which you can enjoy Jacuzzi. It offers a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. You will surely appreciate the two spacious verandas offering magical views of the Ionian Sea or the pool.

 

The closest to the complex is the beach of Ai Helis - only 300 meters. This is a great place to stay: clean shallow water, soft sand, sun loungers and parasols, water sports, and a bar, where you can enjoy a cold drink and snack. Fans of beach volleyball will surely find here companions ready to actively spend time in this wonderful game on a specially equipped site.

 

Near the beach, you can see a small island Diaz with a small Virgin Mary chapel. Daredevils at their risk sometimes swim in the 40-meter cave, which this island is also known for.

 

200-300 meters from the villas, you can find a variety of restaurants and taverns offering traditional Kefalonian dishes.

 

At a distance of 1.5 km from the complex, you will find two more stunning beaches - Avithos and Minies. The Ammes beach offering golden sand and water of incredible shades is just 800 m from the villas. Shallow waters of this beach are ideal for families with small children.
