This lovely
villa with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was built in 2016. The villa is located
on the Paliki peninsula, just 2 km from Lixouri, in a tranquil location where
you can relax perfectly from the hustle and bustle of the city. The minimalist
style and warm color palette of the interior emphasize the discreet luxury of
the villa.
In the
adjacent area of the villa you will find a fairly spacious swimming pool with
modern cleaning and chlorination, a BBQ pavilion and lovely outdoor area.
The ground
floor of the villa is occupied by a living room with a fully equipped kitchen
and dining area, as well as a relaxation area, from where large windows and
French doors offer magnificent views of the garden and sea. On the first floor
there are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a wide double
bed. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with a bath and shower.
For the
convenience of guests, there are sun loungers by the pool.
Cozy and
comfortable furniture on the veranda will allow you to enjoy your time
outdoors.
The Paiki
Peninsula will pleasantly surprise you with a variety of beaches: Xi with red
sand and shallow waters, where the sea is framed by cliffs with blue clay; amazing
Petani with incredibly clear water and picturesque cliffs and boulders; Ateras,
where yachts from all over the world like to visit; and many small cozy beaches
and lagoons that await you on the coast.
You can
quickly reach the capital of the island, Argostoli, by ferry from Lixouri,
driving just 3 km to the port. Using the ferry, you can also reach the airport
by driving another 10 km.
