Greece announced a list of countries whose residents can enter the country from June 15, 2020. The list was compiled based on the epidemiological situation of the countries:

Albania, Australia, Austria, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, Japan, Israel, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lebanon, New Zealand, Lithuania, Malta, Montenegro, Norway, South Korea, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Finland.

Athens and Thessaloniki are two cities whose airports will accept direct flights from the above countries.
Foreign tourists are not required to go through mandatory quarantine or test for the Coronavirus. However, they will have to adhere to a certain protocol, which includes, for example, maintaining distance between people at airports, wearing masks in airplanes and airports, complete a health questionnaire before traveling.

As the situation with COVID-19 improves, the Greek authorities plan to expand the list of countries whose residents will be allowed to enter the country. The authorities hope that this will happen on July 1. From this date, the number of airports that will be able to accept direct flights from other countries will probably be increased.

Updated: all international airports of Greece are opened for flights from foreign countries as from 1 July, 2020.

We wish everyone health and 100% immunity from coronaviruses, and we are waiting for everyone for whom the borders are already open, in Kefalonia to relax safety and pleasantly after such a difficult period!
